LOESS HILLS SOCIETY 2025 MEMBERSHIP!
We’re pleased to announce the Loess Hills Society membership for 2025! This membership program will be cover 2025 and includes several exclusive benefits available only to the members. See below for all of the membership details. We have partnered with the digital ordering platform called Oznr for offering the membership and the items we will offer to the members. You can download the free Oznr app in the Android and Apple app stores. The membership will be offered on a first come first served basis via the Oznr app. You can purchase the membership in Oznr starting November 16th, 2024 and through December 31st, 2024, 11:55pm, or when all available memberships have been purchased.
Oznr is used to facilitate the purchase of the membership as well as the process of redeeming/claiming your benefits throughout the year. Proxies will be allowed but you must use the Oznr app to designate your proxy. You can transfer your membership to another person, as a gift to the beer fan in your life for example.

2025 MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:
-EXCLUSIVE BOTTLES: Included in your membership are two Loess Hills Society Exclusive bottle releases. These will be 500ml bottles and are included in your membership price. Each will be a barrel aged stout released on their own release date. You will have four weeks from the release date to pick up your bottle at the brewery. Proxies will be allowed for these release events and proxies are not limited to LHS members…anyone you know who will pick up the beer for you can be your proxy. Bottles will be purchased through the Oznr app and you must assign any proxy using the Oznr app. Marto Brewing Company will hold the member exclusive bottles no longer than four weeks from the release date. After four weeks, there is no longer a guarantee of availability.
-EARLY ACCESS. As a member, you will get early access to our other barrel-aged beer releases, guaranteeing your chance to purchase a bottle. In the plans for 2025 include Birthday Diva 2025 at the end of July and approximately 3 to 6 barrel-aged stouts throughout the year. This early access will guarantee that you have the opportunity to purchase a bottle of each of our barrel-aged release events during the year prior to the bottles going on sale to the general public. You are not limited to your early release bottle, feel free to join the line on release day for additional bottles! Proxies will be allowed for these release events and proxies are not limited to LHS members…anyone you know who will pick up the beer for you can be your proxy. Your early access bottle will be purchased through the Oznr app and you can assign a proxy using the app. You will have three weeks to pick up the beers. Marto Brewing Company will hold bottles for no longer than three weeks from the release date. After three weeks, there is no longer a guarantee of availability. We will announce these releases at least 2 weeks prior to the release date (and earlier if we can) to allow you to make plans to attend or arrange a proxy.
-LOESS HILLS SOCIETY GLASS. Gotta drink those beers with proper glassware, of course!
-LOESS HILLS SOCIETY T-SHIRT.
-LOESS HILLS SOCIETY MEMBER PARTY. This will be an RSVP event, similar to past member parties and likely will include a BBQ style buffet, free beer during your 3-hour session, prize giveaways and a whole lotta fun! You will be allowed a Plus One for the fee of $40. There could also be “special” to go beers available for members only on this day. The 2025 Member Party will be held Saturday, March 1st.
-ONE FREE POUR PER MONTH. Get a free beer each month, of any size! Unused pours do not accumulate or roll over from month to month. Member must be present to redeem benefit.
-15% OFF all beer and merchandise each time you visit. This will be applied to the member’s items only (not for the entire table, for example). Member must be present to redeem benefit. All you will need to do is show your membership screen in Oznr to your server, no need to “claim” this benefit. 15% off does not apply to barrel-aged bottle beers.
-BREW DAY WITH THE MARTO CREW. We’ll randomly draw the name of a member who will get the chance to join the Marto Crew during a typical brew day, choose the style to brew and help name the beer. Hang out, have a few beers on us and see how we make the beers you drink!
-MEMBERS CHOOSE THE ADJUNCTS. For one of the barrel-aged stouts, we will use some type of poll or voting system to allow members to choose what adjuncts go into the beer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*Bottle releases will typically take place on a Saturday at Marto Brewing Company, and Black Friday.
*Must use your Oznr account and display your phone to a Marto employee each time a benefit is used at the brewery.
*2025 Loess Hills Membership is valid from 11:30 am 1/1/2025 through 11:59pm 12/31/2025.
*2025 Loess Hills Membership is limited to 200 members.
*One free pour per month must be redeemed that month and do not transfer to the next month.

*Exact details of releases and release dates are tentative and subject to change. Marto Brewing Company cannot guarantee release dates and availability of beer selections and merchandise.
*Loess Hills Society Members will be notified via email and Loess Hills Society Facebook Page regarding bottle releases and other membership related items. If our emails aren’t reaching you, be sure to check your spam/junk mail. If you find our email there, you can add our email address to you list of approved senders to avoid the issue in the future. All communications regarding the program are handled via email; we are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or the above mentioned blockage of our emails reaching you. It is important to subscribe to the LHS Facebook group and set it to notify you of messages as all communications will also be posted there.
*Please go to the Oznr settings and subscribe to Marto so that we can use the app to make you aware of a new benefit.
*There are no refunds or prorated memberships.
*Memberships are transferrable but must be done through the Oznr app.
*We reserve the right to make minor changes to the Membership if necessary.

FAQs:
Q: Can someone pick up the bottles or other items for me?
A: Absolutely. But you must designate that person as your proxy using the Oznr app. That person must use the Oznr app or show the proxy email they receive from Oznr to the server. The app (or email) will be used to complete the claim/redeem process in Oznr. The person does not have to be another member, only be able to use the Oznr app or receive the email and show it to the server. NO OTHER METHOD WILL BE ALLOWED. If your proxy does not use Oznr to redeem, they will not be allowed to pick up the item for you.
Q: I can’t get the Oznr app to work, what should I do?
A: You can always contact Oznr support: [email protected] When technical issues have arisen, trying one or all of the following seems to often fix the problem: Quit the app and re-open it. Log out of the app and log back in. Check to see if there is an update to the app. Finally, delete the app and re-install it. Doing some or all of these things has fixed the lion’s share of issues that have come up for our users.
Q: I can’t make it to the member party, can someone go in my place?
A: In a word “yes”, but please keep reading. The member party and Plus One items will be handled through Oznr. To attend the party, you must “purchase” the free item for yourself as a member and then also purchase the Plus One item if you want to bring someone. Because we use Oznr to purchase these items and keep track of members who RSVP to come to the party (as well as the purchase of the Plus One), you would have to grant access to your Oznr account to the person who is replacing you to be able to redeem the benefit upon entry to the party (there is no way to transfer these benefits to another Oznr user at this time…if that feature is ever added to Oznr we will utilize it).
